Gum Leaf Weaver Kit by Valleymaker.
Proudly hand-crafted in the Yarra Valley, Victoria, Valleymaker kits feature fibres which are botanically dyed with seeds, leaves, flowers, bark and roots of plants predominantly grown or gathered locally.
The Gum Leaf Weaver is a fantastic project for those new to crafting. It includes everything you will need to complete one woven/stitched leaf.
Each kit includes:

9 metres of botanically dyed lengths of yarn. To get these colours I have used walnut hulls, eucalyptus leaves, prunus leaves, dock leaves, tansy leaves, indigo with dyer’s chamomile flowers and others.
- a tapestry needle
- A locally made timber leaf measuring 24cm in lengh and about 6cm wide.

**Please note that some colours may differ slightly from the pictured ones as they have come from a different dye bath. Each kit features hand painted timber looms and accessories which are all slightly different. Your kit will be similar to the photographed kit but not necessarily the same.
*Variegations in the timber’s surface are a normal attribute of the product.
